Shipping

Orders over $150 are shipped free of charge. Orders $150 or less are charged a flat rate of $10 for shipping within Australia.  Shipping charge will be automatically calculated at the checkout.

Depending on where you are, goods may be dispatched by courier or Australia Post.

Warranty

Queensland Water Filters warrant the water filter kit to the original purchaser for a period of 5 years.
  1. The warranty is only for the original purchaser and for systems branded with Queensland Water Filters.
  2. Warranty does not extend to replacement parts, cartridges or components.
  3. Warranty is void under any of the following conditions:
    1. Any unauthorised repairs or modifications.
    2. Misuse, breakage, accident or neglect
  4. The warranty does not cover
    1. Inline filters, membranes or cartridges
    2. Loss, expense or damage caused by use on water supplies in excess of 35 degrees
    3. Loss, expense or damage caused by freezing.
    4. Loss, expense or damage caused by failure to use a suitable pressure limiting/anti-hammer device.
    5. External components to the system such as pressure limiting devices, ball valves, mains connection systems, these are manufacturer warranty.
